motivation to keep up?

how much do i have to hate my body before i can finally gather enough motivation to want to get healthy.

its so difficult to want to work out and be healthy

but im 5'2" and weigh between 170 and 180

im embarrased to be fat

im trying so hard to make changes

but with depression its almost impossible to stick to work out plans

anyone have tips/suggestions for staying motivated??
